These terms govern your use of this website and the consulting services offered by Naples Business Technology Optimization ("Naples BTO," "we," or "us"). By booking a call, purchasing a Lost Hours Map, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these terms.
Naples BTO is a solo-run consulting and implementation business based in Naples, Florida. We help small local businesses find and fix operational gaps through workflow automation, AI integration, custom software and website builds, process mapping, and staff training. We are consultants, not a law firm, accounting firm, or IT managed-service provider.
The free discovery call is a short, no-cost conversation to understand how your business runs today and whether the Lost Hours Map is a good fit. It is not a deliverable, and no work product is produced from it. Either side can decide not to move forward afterward.
The Lost Hours Map is a flat-rate diagnostic priced at $200 for standard engagements. It includes a roughly 60-minute interview and a plain-English report delivered within about a week. Highly complex or multi-location businesses are scoped and priced individually before any interview begins. The Map is a standalone deliverable. You may take it and stop there with no obligation to continue.
Any implementation beyond the Lost Hours Map is custom-quoted based on what the Map finds. Scope, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement, implementation work is performed on a project basis, not as ongoing managed support.
The Lost Hours Map fee is due before the interview is scheduled. Implementation work is billed according to the terms in your project agreement. Fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.
When you book a call or work with us, you share contact details and information about your business. We use that information to provide our services and to follow up with you. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work hard to find and fix real gaps in how your business runs. However, results depend on many factors outside our control, including how recommendations are implemented and adopted. We do not guarantee specific savings, revenue, or outcomes.
Reports, maps, and other deliverables created for you are yours to use inside your business. The methods, templates, and tools we use to produce them remain ours. You may not resell or repackage our work as a service to others.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Naples BTO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
